Non-smoking hotel
We are not permitted by law to offer smoking rooms or a smoking area in the hotel.
We are obliged by law to point out that smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. Smoking is not permitted at any open windows or doors leading to the inner courtyard.
The legal penalty of up to € 5.000,– is to be paid by the guest in case of violation.
For any violation, the hotel will in any case charge € 100,– for a basic cleaning of the room in addition to the legal penalty.
The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
